What is an active workforce profile?
An employee, contractor or other worker whose current requirements or operational activities you manage in Argent. The count reflects the workforce you manage, rather than how often people log in.
Do visitors and archived profiles count?
Visitors within the fair-use policy and archived workforce profiles are excluded. A person with several roles counts once.
Can we use only some modules?
Yes. Choose which modules to enable and expand as your organisation is ready. Required dependencies between modules remain in place.
Is implementation included?
Implementation, data migration and training are scoped and quoted separately so you can see exactly what is included before work begins.
