An active workforce profile is an employee, contractor, labour-hire worker or other person actively managed as part of your workforce within Argent. Your subscription is based on the number of active workforce profiles in your organisation.
Visitors do not count towards your active workforce limit.
Neither do archived or inactive workers, historical records or people who only need administrative or reporting access.
This means you can maintain the records you need without paying indefinitely for workers who have left the operation.
